Shanghai Huayin Daily Necessities Co., Ltd. was founded in 1985, formerly known as Shanghai Huayin Detergent Factory and later renamed as Shanghai Huayin Daily Chemicals General Factory. In April 1997, it was restructured as Shanghai Huayin Daily Necessities Co., Ltd., a second level enterprise under the Ministry of Light Industry. Enterprises independently design, develop, and produce bee flower shampoo, bee flower conditioner, bee flower shampoo, and bee flower skincare products.

After more than 20 years of trials and tribulations, the company's production and operation pursue standardization, standardization, and institutionalization, and the scale of the enterprise continues to expand. By the end of 2008, the company had 228 employees and a factory building area of 25000 square meters, covering an area of 40500 square meters.
